Support woven with tenderness, sacred wisdom, and soul-deep care
Your postpartum time is a sacred threshold—a space to be held, nurtured, and witnessed. These offerings are here to support you during the fourth trimester with holistic, heart-centered care.
With nearly two decades of experience working with individuals in the childbearing years, I possess extensive knowledge in traditional and sacred methods to honour and heal during the postnatal period. I offer expertise in allopathic remedies, lactation support, belly and wound care, pelvic floor healing, postpartum belly binding, and more to every home!
What do postpartum services look like? Honestly, whatever you want of them! Here are some postnatal package options:

"Shannon has been a wealth of wisdom and insight for my young family. She swoops in like a vibrant force of energy and light. We have been lucky enough to have her postnatal support with breastfeeding and sleep issues and bottle refusal. Shannon was also able to quickly identify that our baby held a lot of tension and would benefit from chiropractic therapy. It really does feel like having an old friend around with Shannon. While at my house, she wore my baby in the carrier to allow me to do some tasks, she even wrapped gifts for my kids and brought me a nourishing soup !! This is postnatal support with a difference. She holds a lot of knowledge and experience but feels like home." -Hana F.
