As a birth keeper, I walk beside you during this season with steady support, practical tools, and a grounded approach rooted in traditional wisdom and holistic care. These offerings are here to nourish you, hold space for your experience, and remind you that you don’t have to do this alone.


1:1 Pregnancy Support


Personalised care throughout your pregnancy

This is ongoing support for your whole self—body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're navigating anxiety, preparing for birth, or just needing to be seen and heard, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

Includes:

  • Regular check-ins (in person or virtual)

  • Emotional support & space holding

  • Birth preparation grounded in intuition + education

  • Guided practices for relaxation, connection, and trust

  • Text/voice note support between sessions


Available as: Full pregnancy packages, price dependent on week of pregnancy beginning and need.


Mother’s Blessing Ceremony


A gathering to honour you before birth

This is a simple, meaningful ceremony held in your home or chosen space. It’s a way to pause, be surrounded by love, and mark your transition into motherhood with intention.


May include:

  • Foot soak or hand massage

  • Flower crown or body adornment

  • Shared blessings and affirmations

  • Candle lighting or red thread ritual

  • Support from your chosen community


Each ceremony is shaped around you—your values, your story, and what you need most.


Herbal & Holistic Support


Simple, natural care for pregnancy discomforts and daily wellbeing

We’ll look at how herbs, nutrition, and daily rituals can gently support your changing body. I’ll guide you in using plants, food, and rest as tools for nourishment.

Support for:

  • Nausea, sleep, digestion, and stress

  • Creating herbal infusions and steams

  • Simple remedies using what you have

  • Building daily rhythms that restore you


Available as:  60 minute in person or virtual session.


Nourishing Antenatal Meal Support


Food as medicine for you and your baby

Eating well during pregnancy lays the foundation for your health and your baby’s growth. I offer practical guidance and personalised meal ideas focused on nourishment, balance, and ease. Meal delivery option available as well!


Includes:

  • Meal planning tips for prenatal nutrition

  • Simple, wholesome recipes that support energy and digestion

  • Advice on foods to emphasise and avoid

  • Strategies for managing common challenges like cravings or nausea

  • Support integrating traditional and seasonal foods


This support helps you feel grounded and well-fueled throughout your pregnancy.

Birth Vision Session


Creating a clear, grounded plan for your birth

This is a space to talk through your birth intentions, explore your choices, and tune in to what you want and need as you prepare.


In this session, we’ll cover:

  • What you want your birth to feel like

  • Advocacy tools and communication with your care team

  • Creating a supportive space

  • Naming fears, desires, and values


This is your space to be heard, supported, and reminded of your inner wisdom.


Available as:  60 minute in person or virtual session.
