About the event
Have you gone through a labour where your baby was not ideally positioned? Have you heard friends mention a "back to back" labour? Are you aware that there are steps you can take to prevent your baby from being in an awkward position and to maximize space so your baby is in the optimal position for your pelvis?
In this prep course, we spend 60 minutes discussing, 30 minutes questions... and of course cuppa and cake provided! Dress in comfy clothes, bring your baby box wrap if you have it! We will be working through all the mechanics on ways to optimise your wee ones position in the last weeks of pregnancy for an easier birth!
